Prof. Rainer Thiessen, Ph.D
Rainer Thiessen joins Corinna Vossius IP Group as a technical expert in the fields of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering and aviation technology. Rainer also continues his work as an engineering professor at one of the largest and most prestigious universities of applied sciences in Germany, the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
Rainer provides the Corinna Vossius IP Group with his impressive technical expertise in electrical, mechanical and measurement engineering, control systems, optoelectronics, photo spectrometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and laser technology. He is the inventor and co-inventor of several patent protected inventions.
Development of electrical and measurement systems, capacitive sensors, photo spectrometers, automotive sensors used in motor coaches, trains and subways and HPLC diode array detectors.
Education and Training
Dr. Thiessen studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich and holds a Ph.D. from his dissertation on “Laser-sensors with external cavity”
